  • Is everything Vegan and Gluten Free?

    Yes. This prevents risk of cross-contamination.

  • Can I place an order?

    No. We don’t do custom work or make specific things that are not part of our scheduled production. For the most part everything is grab n go, even our cakes. We do welcome phone calls inquiring about getting certain items like a quiche or a pie. These requests must be only a day or two prior to pickup, and we can’t promise that all requests will be granted.

  • What cakes do you regularly stock?

    It varies a little, but we always have 8” square buttercream cakes. They serve 8-10 and have 4 layers of cake with frosting between. To give you an idea of what you may find - Flavors are commonly vanilla, chocolate, strawberry frosting, or combinations of those. Decor may be chocolate ganache, sprinkles, cookie crumble… Sometimes we have “baby cakes” as well. These are a 6” round cake, serving 5, and flavors are cream cheese icing based. Examples include vanilla with sprinkle frosting, red velvet, carrot, and tuxedo (chocolate cake, ganache, chocolate chips). You can call to ask if we have a specific cake, or plan to make it for the following day. If it’s a possibility we’ll hold it for you, but cakes can not be ordered and we don’t do anything custom.

  • Do you do catering?

    Occasionally, when it’s a large order. We have done Viennese tables for wedding or a spread for a Sweet 16. If interested you would pick from items we make regularly. Our minimum is 8 of each varity for us to prep the selection in advance. Only need about 30 mixed pieces? Just stop in and we’ll box it on the spot.

  • What flour do you use?

    We make our own blend from rice flour, bean flour, tapioca starch, and potato starch.

  • Do you sell gift cards?

    Yes! We sell physical cards at the bakeshop. Virtual cards can also be purchased over the phone and e-mailed.

  • Do you still sell your products in other stores?

    For the most part, no. Occasionally Cindysnacks in Centerport, NY and Bonfire Coffee in Amagansett, NY will have some of our offerings, but not necessarily on a regular basis.

  • Is SOY FREE something you offer?

    No. Not on a regular basis anymore, I’m sorry to say. Tofu, soybean oil, and soy milk are used in most of our baking.

  • Is anything SUGAR FREE or KETO?

    No. Organic cane sugar is our go to for sweet.

  • If I don't get there early, do I run the risk of you selling out?

    It’s extremely rare that we sell out, or don’t have much of a selection to choose from. Holidays can be unpredictable, but we offer pre-ordering for major holidays to guarantee that you get something of your highest preference.

  • Do you ship?

    No, our business model has changed and we no longer ship.

  • Can your baked goods be frozen?

    Yes!!! Most items freeze great and will keep for weeks, or even months if stored properly.

  • What is the shelf life of your treats?

    It all depends how you store them. Items will keep longer if refrigerated and packaged in something air tight. Generally speaking, you can expect to get 4+ days, without freezing.

  • Do you make bread?

    Focaccia makes a rare guest appearance here and there, but it’s not an item we make regularly. We do stock frozen bread products from Little Northern Bakehouse, like their 4 pack of bagels and loaves of sliced bread.

  • Do you have customer seating?

    No. We did undergo expansion, but only acquired a larger kitchen, some employee spaces & more product display/shopping room.
